4. Service Agreement

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim

• We shall not be liable for damages resulting from client's failure to follow our recommendations
• Our liability for any claim must be asserted within one year of the incident

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in individual agreements. Upon termination:

• Each party shall pay for services rendered up to the termination date
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination
• Each party shall return confidential information of the other party

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemic, or government regulations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Estonia.
